than 15 years of experience in Business Development, his visionary leadership has been decisive in

construction, responsible for over all management of all the projects under the umbrella of We-Design
Builders.
Has vast experience in Planning, designing and execution of various types of Residential & Non-Residential Buildings, Infrastructural Developments, Industrial Units, Commercial Spaces, Project
Management and Quality Assurance. Held various leadership roles in several social organisations.
Known for exceptional leadership and communication skills which got raised as a familiar figure of

CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER
Vijesh Chaladan, Construction Site Manager of We-Design Builders & Developers, organises and
supervises the day to day work on a building site. A resourceful and flexible Site Manager with
considerable knowledge and experience in Construction Industry. Able to manage and coordinate
construction activities.
With more than 15 years of experience in Construction Industry including 12
years of managerial experience in Construction field at abroad countries, possess excellent
organizational skills, planning and time management skills as well as boasting a consistent track record
of improving efficiency.

RECORDS MANAGEMENT
Saranya. M. S, a dedicated and self-motivated personality responsible for Records Management of We-Design Builders & Developers, manages the intake, handling, and storage of documentation for project related documents and its management system. Maintain quality documentation like Documents, Drawings, incoming and outgoing registers, files documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
